Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after delivery if the shipping address was correct and verified.
- If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
- In cases of damaged items, please provide photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can process a replacement or refund.
